At PRI, we have added drama to the Porsche sibling rivalry by removing some of those handicaps Porsche placed on the Cayman S to keep it from outperforming its older brother. We raised the engine's output to over 340 dyno-proven horsepower, allowing a driver to fully appreciate the this car's unique and flattering driving dynamics—it's easier to nail a downshift or heel-and-toe around a bend in this surgeon's scalpel on wheels than in just about any other car you'll find. What's more, that utterly unique sound of the Porsche flat-6 coming from behind your head—mixed with the throaty roar of the custom Fabspeed exhaust—is an experience you'll find nowhere else. We've also given this Cayman S a full sound system upgrade with a JL Audio setup complete with iPod integration, a custom subwoofer enclosure, and touch-screen navigation, supplanting the underwhelming factory audio rig. This and the other PRI tweaks make our Cayman S an amazingly versatile car, a precision instrument on a driver's road and a luxurious cruiser all in one.
